Not delivering goods that was paid for in full

<p>We purchased a 7 seater lounge suite on 30 October 2015. They deliver the set except 1 wingback chair with the reason that this 1 wingback chair must still be manufactured. After more than 6 months we still do not have the wingback chair that belong to our lounge suite . In the mean time they delivered 2 x another wing back chair which do not fit our set of which I returned 1 and the other 1 I kept so ensure I do get the correct wingback chair. I always have to phone after them and get promised that they will follow up but to date I am still having an incomplete lounge suite.</p>
