Worst customer service ever.

In September I bought an Audi A4 from Bertus at Western Autohaus. Apon delivery I was told that they the air corn unit doesn't work and parts for this unit were on backorder. I took delivery of this vehicle with the agreement that my car will be fixed within a week. After numerous phone calls and a lot of fighting my car was picked up on Tuesday 8 December. I received my car back on Friday 11. The air-corn lasted a week. Since returning from holiday I made numerous phone calls to Hein Beneke. He is never available and does not return calls at all. The service is really bad. I just wanted to get my car fixed like promised. The service from their Newlands branch is pathetic to say the least. I just want my car and all its problems to be sorted out PLEASE. <br> Just spoke to Hein now. I thought I would try one more time before going this root. According to him my complaint doesn't mean a thing and he doesn't have to explain to me why he doesn't return my calls or sort out my problem. He is the worst manager ever and I strongly want to advice people not to do business with him. He is extremely unhelpful and feels nothing for customers. He is a disgrace to your company. <br>
