Wolf in Sheep's Clothing!!

I was misled from day one...

Firstly, I went to the Fourways branch, and spoke to Jan, I asked a lot of questions as this was my first car. He seamed legit and gave some "sound" advise. I asked who the Owner / Head Office was, and he claimed HE was the owner of the business...
About a month or two later, after going to various other dealers, I felt comfortable with his words and decided to buy a car from them.
When I arrived and asked for him, I was informed that he is now operating from the Horizon View branch. I thought nothing of this as he "is the owner", and more than likely moves around.

So, I spoke to Gary (The Manager) at the Fourways branch, who put me in touch with Neale Simpson (Salesman).
I ended up buying a car from him all happy, but felt a bit uneasy (Why I have no Idea!! TRUST YOUR GUT). I thought it may just be that overwhelming feeling, I'm 40, It's my First Car, It's a huge expense, etc, etc.
Anyway... After the sale, Nothing but constant issues...

Issues:
Licence Disc - Neales Excuse - Wage Strike (This was only at the Refinery) as per Gary it only lasted 10 Days. As per various Traffic Departments, there was no such Strike.
Jack - Wrong one (Was replaced approx. 3 months later)
Hub Caps - Wrong one (Twice), and still waiting!!
Spare Key - Wrong one - I called Hyundai directly and according to them it takes one day (Max 2 - Stock depending). (Still waiting!!)
Puncture - According to Neale and Gary... "According to Horizon branch", they could not find any issues.
It took Lombard Tyres less than a minute to find two punctures, and that one of the wheels was bigger than the rest
Wheel Alignment - As above (one of the wheels was bigger than the rest) that Horizonview also couldn't figure out (According to Neale and Gary).
Tyre - Petrol Strike - Ended Wed, 17 Aug.
Engine Issue (±2,5 Weeks to fix)

What went Right:
1) Sale (± 15 Minutes)
2) Lighter Replacement (about one week)
3) Battery Supports (about a month)
Through the G****vine, it turns out that Jan was nothing more than the Branch Manager, which was then handed over to Gary (for about 2 months), and now Neale is the Branch Manager!!
It's now 7 Months and I'm still waiting for promises to be fulfilled, even after reporting them to the...
1) The National Consumer Commission (NCC)
2) Motor Industry Ombudsmen (MIOSA)
3) Retail Motor Industry Organisation (RMI)
4) Wesbank
and
5) Western Autohaus - Horizonview (H/O)

100% Useless... Don't torture yourself...
I wouldn't even recommend them to my worst enemy, even if they were the only dealers left on the planet...

No one deserves this much suffering, not even the spawns of hell!!
