I had been in contact with the dealership since the 19th and I spoke to my sales person and informed him that I will be leaving for Durban on the 23rd an he insured me that he would have everything in place by the time .</div> <div style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 15. ********** 380127px;"> </div> <div style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 15. ********** 380127px;">On the 22nd he informed me that I would be able to come through on the 23rd and collect the vehicle . On the 23rd I came to collect the vehicle but we had paper work problems which I had been informed we had sorted out during the week . As I wanted the vehicle I did my best to get all the required paper work . Upon getting all the required paper work they informed me that my sales person had not finalized my insurance so we could not finalized the deal .</div> <div style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 15. ********** 380127px;"> </div> <div style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 15. ********** 380127px;">I negotiated with the dealership that I would organized my own insurance first thing tomorrow morning as they where pressuring me to sign the contract while not having the vehicle . The very next morning I successfully organized my insurance and went over to the dealership only for them to inform me that they hadn't serviced the vehicle but would do so upon my return from Durban , as I was excited of purchasing the vehicle I didn't mind and thus finalized the purchase of the vehicle on the 24th of December 2016.</div> <div style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 15. ********** 380127px;"> </div> <div style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 15. ********** 380127px;">I returned from Durban on the 2nd of January 2017 and on the 3rd I sent the vehicle to the dealership for the service . To this very day the dealership still hasn't returned my vehicle .</div> <div style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 15. ********** 380127px;">I have made several enquiries to the dealership as to why I haven't received my vehicle and they continue to give me unreasonable excuses . It has been 16 days since the dealership took my car for service an I am unfortunately worried that the dealership has some how damaged the vehicle and have been buying time to fix the vehicle and return the vehicle to me without informing me that they have danged the vehicle .</div>
