We'd give Western Autohaus 6 Stars if we could!!

We purchased our used 2011 ford rander with Western Autohaus's help and couldn't be happier. We found the vehicle originally online via a different website and after calling them, they confirmed that they did indeed have it on his lot and we could see it. Living 45 minutes away, this was important to us, so that we didn't drive out there to be disappointed. When we arrived at the dealership, the ranger was parked in the front ready and waiting for us to test drive. They ran over the highlights of the car and we were already sold. Bernard is very personable and easy going salesman. He was very flexible with our timing was not pushy at all (as we all know many car dealerships can be!) He answered all of our questions and I can tell you he really knows his stuff! He was willing to negotiate to get us a good deal. We would most definitely suggest WESTERN AUTOHAUS to family and friends in a heartbeat.
