The extra mile !!

I would just like to compliment the Branch Manager of Western Auto House Newlands , Hein Beneke, on the great attitude he displayed when my vehicle I bought in June 2015 gave me a problem in October . It was nothing major but in 2 days my vehicle was sorted out and ready for collection . When I collected my vehicle it was washed and cleaned by their capable workshop where Gerald was very helpful. Also thank you to Bennie assisting me with the warranty claim . Well done !!!
