Stay away - they sold an unsafe car to us

<p>To any potential customers - stay away!!! We bought a car in October 2015 that was definitely not roadworthy, although they had a roadworthy certificate to it. To date this garage has not bothered to deliver the number plates to my daughter's work (she cannot get off during the day to go and collect it).</p> <p>We took the car to Mercedes and the AA for an evaluation and they told us it is too unsafe to drive. Western Autohaus refused to cancel the deal - although we stated within 3 days that this car was not what they promised it to be (for which we have documentary proof). The car has been standing since we got it in October last year - and a whole year later the dealer still choose not to admit that they have sold an unsafe car to us.</p> <p>The case was lodged with the Motor Industry Ombudsman - and unfortunately a year later they have not managed to review our case.</p> <p>So I suspect that our only way out now is a long legal battle.</p> <p>So if you considering buying from this dealer - stay away!!!</p> <p>Also check their reviews on Hello Peter - wish I saw this before I bought this car. :-(</p>
