Pleasant Experience

I had several questions and Jacques may not have had all the answers but he clearly stated let me get a more knowledgeable western autohaus representative and Jacques answered the questions, excellent communication from Jacques and western autohaus . Jacques asked me to test drive the car and the rest was history. If I was to write a performance review for Jacques and Western Autohaus, I would say Team work: willingly cooperates, shares information, assists and is tolerant of others in daily interaction with all employees, vendors, and clients. Easily adjusts to changes for clients needs to be productive. Identifies problems within own area, develops resourceful solutions, and makes recommendations for corrective action. Excellent job.
