NO CARE ATTITUDE

So 4 November was 1 year that i bought my car from these people, i have been struggling to get my car fixed, the after sales of this garage is absolutely shocking!!!! email after email after email has been sent to get an answer, every time my car goes in to them it comes back with the exact same issues, so what the hell were you fixing??????? I have sent the big boss Clifford also an email but guess what, no freaking reply! when my car went in to its service to GM they gave me a full report of the issues and western auth just said they not paying for the fix up at GM as they are to expensive, so my car went to a mechanic that is a friend of western auto in alberton, so they took the car, fixed the breaks and thats it, then they told me that there were no other issues on the car, so why the hell did GM have a full issue report? i have every email that was sent to these people, i dont have other transport except my car so how must i get around with a car that has issues? The warranty doesnt cover the fixing up as they say its wear and tear and this wear and tear issue has been told to this place in the 30days after i bought the car, so now i must sit with these amount to get my car fixed cause this garage is just to useless to fix something they sold me, I WANT AN ANSWER and i want my car fixed!!!!!!!!!!!
