MY CAR STILL WITH DEALERSHIP

i bought the car from Western Autohaus Dealer ship at Horizon View with amount of R48,00.00.the is Opel Corsa 1.4. i bought the car on 24-10-2015 and on 20/11/2016 the blew the engine. i called them and tell about the problem , they asked to bring the car back to them . i took the car back on 04/12/2016.. then they wanted me to buy the new engine and the will assist with the labour i refused. again they offer to give me another car of R90,00.00 and they will give back portion of R40,000.00. i app**** for car finance after was approved they told me the car have engine problem..I then asked for another car then said they will decrease R40,000.0 to R32,00.00 then i told the i will seek help. till today the have my car.<br> <br> I seek help from Scorpion Legal protection in December till today no progress. <br>
