Dear Yolanda,<br> <br> I hope this email meets you in good spirits.<br> Its intention is to give more good news.<br> <br> I am pleased to let you know that Jerome, your workshop manager has done a sterling job in assisting me to get my vehicle repaired.<br> He assisted me in getting the wheel bearings of my Mazda CX7 replaced and this through my vehicle warranty.<br> I am satisfied with the manner in which he went out of his way to resolve my initial gripe.<br> Thanks to Jerome who has made good his promise to offer good customer service.<br> <br> I would further and certainly not least, like to thank you Yolanda, for all your efforts. <br> You've been instrumental in this resolution and your commitment to change my perception has most certainly been achieved.<br> <br> In addition, this morning when I was at your offices, I noticed one of your office managers kneeling and praying.<br> This has most certainly warmed my heart and made me feel that I and any other client is in good hands with Western Autohaus (Horizon View).<br> I pray that God would move this business into new heights this year, despite the economic challenges that may seem to be lurking.<br> God is greater than it all.<br>
