False promisses/settling car/parts missing/license
The Car i bought did not have spare keys/service book/mannual/emergency kit.<br> <br> I had to employ a lawyer to ensure my previous car was settled.<br> Wheel nuts were missing.<br> Service Book Missing<br> Manual Missing<br> No spare key.<br> Car leaking oil.<br> Car using oil.<br> Light going off after 2 minutes.<br> Wheel nut lock tool missing.<br> <br> Some of these issues i was aware of however i have been promised 108 point check results of the car with no response. Was promised the spare key with excuses each time. The temporary license has expired and im still to receive my plates and had to send threatening letter to receive disc.<br> <br> <br> This is a *****ed dealership and the public needs to be aware!<br> <br>
I have been fighting for a while now and had to endure many additional costs that one shouldn't have to be concerned about when purchasing a vehicle.
I have been forced to return the vehicle and let Western Autohaus have first privilege at trying to remedy the sitution. Unfortunately for me it just got worse. I have been contacted by the company which provided me the after market warranty to inform me that they have cancelled my warranty and the money will be reimbursed to western autohaus. Since I have been told this is simply a clerical error but have yet to see.
Today after dropping of my vehicle I was given a loan vehicle and on the way back to pta I was signalled off the highway and started struggling to control the vehicle. I discovered the left front wheel was on the rim and was nearly the cause of an accident for me driving highway speeds.....
I hoped to find a spare and the necessary tools but was presented with no tool to loosen the nuts of the wheel. So here I am stuck on the n1.
