I was overwhelmed with the customer services provided, From start to finish! I am a very difficult fussy customer which I never like to admit however this dealership went over and beyond my expectations. I have a little understanding of cars but Andre defiantly knew the ins and outs in the smallest detail. Even though I live 1 hours away from this dealership I'm certainly glad I decided to take a chance of walking in, I'm excited to be collecting my new Audi in a couple of days feeling rest assured I have the best dealership looking after me. Already I have received updates by Andre and he has responded very quickly to all my emails. I recommend Western Autohaus to everyone, they are very professional, knowledgeable and I felt like I was a family member and not just a passer-by.
