Extremely bad service, attitude and empty promises

Jan (the manager) makes a lot of empty promises in order to ensure that you buy a car from him. There was an entire part missing from the vehicle that I purchased from him which I am still waiting for more than 2 months later. <br> He is basically full of s*** (please excuse my French). <br> Whenever my husband is not with me, he is inappropriate and disgusting. <br> This is the worst service I have ever received from a dealership in my entire life. My advice to any potential buyers would be to run far and hard. <br> My temporary permit has expired, I am still waiting for him to deliver my number plate and spare keys (which he has promised to do probably more than ten times)<br> He refuses to respond to emails and never returns your calls. His excuse for not getting back to me whenever you do actually manage to get a hold of him 'he is so busy'!!!!!
