Disappointed, dishonest, pathetic service

<p>We r in the 6th month now and its been problem after problem. Bought a ford ranger in September 2016. When we picked it up the brakes were finished, they claimed its rust due to the car being on show for too long. We personally took it to ford and they even showed us, brakes were worn out completely. We were promised a spare key and manual. Nothing to date. </p> <p> </p> <p>They are very good at ignoring emails, the manager Neale is just another useless one. </p> <p>If any1 ever reads this, please dont buy their cars. They are full of sweet talk like a player. They never own up to their wrongs. I wish returning a car was as easy as goint to Jet or checkers. </p> <p> </p> <p>The sales man who helped us Michael is worse. Dont even step o. Their doorstep. They moved from fourways to Roodeport. </p> <p>Try other dealers. NEVER WESTERN AUTOHAUS. any branch they are all the same. </p>
