DEALERSHIP COMPLAINT

<p>I bought a audi A4 1.8T from this dealership WESTERN AUTOHAUS JOHANNESBURG around about November 2016. I had my Audi for 2 days and the engine malfunctioned. I took the audi back in to get repaired they never gave me a Curtisy car for about 3 weeks. I never had my Audi for 5 weeks after phone call after phone call trying to find out what is happening. Once I got it back after 5 weeks had the audi for 3 weeks and once again the engine malfunctioned again. I still don't have my Audi it has been 3 weeks the sales rep even said to me they sold me a peace of sh#t. This is super unprofessional I am paying for a audi I don't even have. The head Neale does not take my calls does not respond to emails. JP the head where the audi is getting fixed refuses to speak to us the sales rep says.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want to hand this audi back and get refunded.</p> <p>This is against the rules.</p> <p>Want a response in 5 business days </p>
