I bought a financed car 2 months ago,I paid deposit on this car cos I really wanted the car,when I picked up the car we drove me and our co driver,from Horizon view to Sunninghill we got stuck,it had a noise and cut off,I reported it and they never wanted to changed the car,all the time I was communicating with my sales man,Jerry,reporting to him cos I didn't know JP,after 3 back and forth driving to Jerry trying to sort out the issue,he told me he will set up a meeting with JP and me cos he tried to report to JP AND JP was not acting,JPtook the car for 3 days claiming his fixing it at their workshop,I asked JP why that car is not going to Opel cos it's a Corsa,he refused claiming Opel will overcharge .I picked it up after 3 days the same problem I brought the car there for it occurs,I called my sales man Jerry at Western Autohaus,the reason I always call the salesman was I had his numbers only,not having JPS tens then.Before JP Took the car I had to drive and go to Western Autohaus 3 times before I met JP EVENTUALLY.After a week I told JP I NEED this car booked with Opel cos they didn't even have the service information for me from the previous owner,and the issue with the car wasn't fixed by their Workshop at all,JP send JERRY to Opel Princess for service information,Opel at Princess told Jerry they don't have any information with that car it was never serviced by Opel at all. Finally the car was booked at Opel Midrand at Williams Hunt,the Opel find that the car was driven without Oil,JP said it's me who spoiled the car,after all the time I had to stuck and drove to them and report the noise and cutting off of the car,now the question was if JP SAID I'm the one who spoiled the car,does this mean they gave me the car without Oil at oil? OR they never check the car when the previous owner cell the car to them?and I put two bottles of oil in the car when I was going to NW. WHEN Williams hunt told JP the engine has a problem and they need the permission to strip the engine,he started pinning the problem to me,when I question him he said no, Williams Hunt they just assuming it's the engine cos they need money,he opt to go tow the car from Williams Hunt saying he will fix it at his workshop.I told him to go ahead,that's when he offer me a courtesy car.On 19/12/18 Jerry dropped me a filthy,old Renault Sandero,I was shocked cos I wanted to travel with that car but in the condition that the courtesy car is it cannot go far,so my festive was spoiled.Me and Jerry we called him,put him on a loud speaker,the only question I ask him was When will my car get back to me cos the COURTESY CAR he was giving me is in a bad condition and want my car back,he got angry and right there changed his mind on fixing the my car which is packed by his garage or workshop.He send me an email that he changed his mind and even changing the car he won't do it anymore cos I'm making a lot of noise and he's trying to help me. I did go to bank and they called the Finance department,I spoke to them about this,and they asked me to write a letter and take the letter to JP to sign,I got JP on WhatsApp I send him and an email to make him aware of my plans of cancelling the deal and get my money back,he rep**** and say he won't agree with me cancelling that deal .

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE WAY JP DEALED WITG MY ISSUE AND WANTED TO RUN TINE SO THAT I CAN LOOSE THE CASE AND TRYING TO PIN THE PROBLEM OF THE CAR ON ME AFTER NUMEROUS TIMES I GO TO WESTERN AUTOHAUS TO REPORT
