*****ed Dealership

After trading in my vehicle for a VW Touareg with Juan. I found that the headlights didn't work correctly, the drivetrain / electronics has issues (traction control warning light comes on for no reason and slows the car down to crawling speed until restarted). There is a noise coming from the suspension of the vehicle. The tyres are all bald after being promised better. The promised reimbur*****t for licensing and license plates never happened. The vehicle that I traded in they never settled and I have been paying its instalments as well for the last 2 months. After countless emails and phone calls I am still getting only empty promises and the runaround from Juan and Fred.
