Complete Incompetence

I bought a car from Juan at Western Autohaus a month ago...whilst the buying process was painful enough, i have had a complete run around from just about every single person at the dealership. I have had a missing back window from my soft-top and it has taken them a month to sort out. They supp**** me a window which is the wrong window and I have had to order a window myself - if you want something done properly, do it yourself.<br> <br> Further to that, their staff do not have the owners number when I asked for it and after leaving 4 messages for Clifford, he STILL has not had the decency to contact me.<br> <br> All I am saying is that DO NOT buy a car from Western Autohaus....they WILL give you the run-around. Once they have your money, they are GONE!
