Arrogant immoral practices

I purchased a vehicle about ten months ago from Western Autohaus and immediately realised the vehicle had major repairs done to the steering assembly and had issues with the automatic gearbox leaving me stranded on the highway in peak traffic. Not only did they immediately try to use the Consumer Protection Act to try and convince me that I had no right to return the vehicle, which I did, they also were very arrogant about the whole situation when talking to them about the issues with the vehicle. Always using \It's a common problem with these cars"as the standard response to any issues I raised. Eventually they took back the car"
