Worst insurance ever

We have been without a home for 3 weeks due to a fire in our unit. The whole time we have had to fight with this insurance. We have had to find our own hotel to stay while the renovations go on which has been going on now for 3weeks. Another problem is the paying for a kennel for our cats which the insurance refuses to pay. Are we suppose to throw our cats into the streets? Tomorrow 20th October our home is still not ready to be lived in. The insurance people such as Riaan should come and see if he can live in this home comfortably and our hotel stay has now been cut off by insurance. Very helpful you are.
