Worst Insurance Company
Worst Insurance Company As a retired Senior Teacher from UK. I strongly urge the public never to use this company.
AA/ FSP/ABSA all one an same company for my Insurance.
ABSA are the underwriters or Western National Insurance Co
Basically unprofessional and full of tricks.
a. Use Pirate Parts on my Mercedes Benz b. Replacing a Pirate windscreen rather than Pilkington Original seriously compromising my family. c. Makes you run from Pillar to Post. d. Different quotes. Intrusive questioning and assessors. Invasive General Power of Attorney demands. e. Delays and Frustration technique. f. Policy was Zero Excess but have fine print that nullifies this and questions trust. g. Majority of staff and assessors are clandestinely Afrikaner with my opinion of being biased and questionable.
I have three matters escalated to OSTI supported by Legalwise and Clientele Legal.
Naturally I am no longer using brokers AA, FSP, ABSA, Insurance Supermarket.
To be honest these are fronts.
The policy documents in possession states Insurer "Western National Insurance Company"
The OSTI also directed my complaint to Western National Insurance Company.
