Please arrange somebody from your insurance company to be on site at 08:00 on 09 November 2015 to witness the lack of progress in work between 03 October and 21 October 2015.<br> 3. Please arrange for hotel accommodation for 08 November and each subsequent day until the house is habitable.<br> 4.
