Used to be Reasonable; That has changed

I have been with WNI for decades and always appreciated them for their reasonable rates, extraordinary coverage and claims. In fact, one adjuster I spoke within 2010 said WNI was one of the best back then. I have always been a cheerleader for WNI. That is sadly changing.

A company may well be the best out there but if you're unable to afford the premiums, what good is it? I've had a very good auto record therefore to suddenly find the premiums have escalated without any notification is not only poor business but downright unacceptable. It leaves me to question if they have abandoned their commitment to those good customers by no longer keeping premiums at a reasonable rate. Making matters worse is the fact that we're in a difficult economic time. In conclusion, Western is not affordable anymore. I won't be able to continue carrying coverage with them. And after decades of doing business with them, this has been a major disappointment. Moving on as soon as I can find another.
