I am totally ****ed off at the atrocious incompetence of Musa Dliso from Western Union Headoffice for the way he has handled my claim. I have had a full year in which my car has been in and out of workshops after Western National very dubiously fast tracked my car into a totally substandard panelbeater with terrible reputation for short cuts. Every time my car goes in for weeks at a time with absolutely no urgency at all. This is an *********** circus of a company. !!! The broker is equally atrocious for recommending a company with this reputation. I complained to management including trying to make contact with the CEO ? But no interest - No urgency - No plan.
