Terrible service, stay away!

Westerns service has been terrible. They take forever to reply. We insured our business with them and took out liability insurance. We had an incident on site and they came back saying “we weren’t negligent enough”. From the beginning of the claim they were trying to make the claim difficult for us expecting the outrageous claims. I highly recommend to stay far away from them as they will do everything to not pay out.
