Terrible Service

My car was bumped in December by a truck that is insured by the above mentioned company. I submitted quotes, car disk, sketch of the accident, case number where the driver of the truck also confirmed hitting my car. I was asked by a guy called Sifiso to take my car for assessment which I did also. Today, he came back offering to pay R35 000.00 of the damages in my car although the cheapest quote is R104 000.00.

He just offered R35 000.00 and he said they are not admitting any liability even though the driver hit my car and he apologized. I have since reported this company to my lawyer to take this up. I have all the information and police report but he just decided not to honour the damages cause by their client
