Slow service and then nobody gets back to you!!

My experience has been terrible so far, not to mention that everyone i have spoken to has never even heard of Western National Insurance before... well now i know why!!

I was in a accident 3 weeks ago. They took a week to advise me of everything they required, after i had to ask countless times to make sure they had everything.

I dont even know if the assessor has been to look at my vehicle as yet!

The middle man company i have to deal with cannot get an update for me!

Never mind the fact that i am having to fork out extra funds i dont have to make sure that my kids can get to school and myself and hubby can get to work and back!

I was told it can take between 1 to a couple of months for my claim to be finalised this was 3 weeks ago. So please tell me how the hell a person is supposed to budget and pay their bills when they are already needing to make alternate transport arrangements!??!!

Lets see if anybody bothers to get in contact with me....i highly doubt it. Father Christmas might come knock on my door with a new car before then...and that is highly unlikely!

Dear Mrs Price

We would like to clarify that you are not a client of Western National Insurance, but have rather instituted a third party liability claim against one of our clients.

Standard practice in a motor accident of this nature is that both parties would lodge a claim with their relevant insurers and the necessary repairs would then be conducted. The insurance companies would then engage and reach a settlement. This process takes time as a full investigation into the liability needs to take place.

We understand your frustration, however as you are uninsured, this has resulted in a delay in the repairs to your vehicle. In line with industry standards, our legal representatives first need to investigate the merits of the case prior to approval. We are constantly following up with the legal team and are doing our best to finalise this as a matter of urgency.

Regards
Western National
