Rejected claim with illogical reason not related to claim
I had a power outage from a burnt municipal supply. My fridge and freezer stock went bad because of extended no supply of electricity. I claimed and the claim was rejected. When I asked for specific details I was given 3 reasons: 1. Wear and Tear 2. Degradation 3. Non compliant electrical installation.
I wish for someone to explain how the above relates to stock going off because there was a power failure for many days.
