pathetic insurance

My car was in an accident in September . The insurance company wanted to right the car off but paid me out some off the money to repair my car. The front bumper grills and fog lights was broken and then my car was scratch from the wires next to the road. I replaced my lights and bumper grills so that my car was legal to drive on the road again so that i can use my car again. I ask the assessor if i must removed the car from my insurance until he can assess my car again then put it back on once done and they said as long as the car are roadworthy it can stay on my insurance. I was in another accident in November and my car was written off. After struggling since November to sort out my claim they sent me an letter today saying they will not pay out because i did not assist the assessor and that my was never fixed but from the fotos in the report that the assessor sent me with the first accident my car didn't have bumpers lights or grills in front. Now it is there but i think they are blind and cannot see it. And my car is 100% roadworthy
