am not happy with the service i receive from i ve been sepaking to Francois Theron who advise me will get feedback within 2 to 3 weeks no one from your side its calling me to update me with the claim i logged with you today i spoke to Francois to to get update he said to me to go to the ombuds man if ma not happy about everything he said is how you treat your customers if they logged claim with you? can someone higher fone me and tell me axactly whats heppening
