I have had medical gap cover with Western National Insurance for several years and they have always paid any account shortfalls without any issues. My daughter's cover on my policy lapsed due to her age and she became ill before obtaining her own cover. A simple call and they backdated her policy to include her treatment. Louise went out of her way to assist and actually arrange cover, rather than disputing claims. Thank You.
