DONT USE THESE GUYS FOR INSURANCE .. THEY ARE *****S

I have joined Western National Insurance almost 2 years ago... Never claimed for anything. 1 month ago i had a break in at my residential property and my tools to the value of R80 000 was ****** including my Sons bicycle.. They are only willing to pay out ror my sons bicycle because my tools was used for business and not for private use.. They debit my business account on a monthly basis for the payment of a personal policy. When we registered the claim they send an assessor out evaluate the value of my home content and told me i am under insured. But they never send out an assessor when i took out the policy If i can give you advice... Rather stick with Outsurance or any other well known insurance company. These guys are only out to take your money and not pay out of you have a claim.. thanks to them i cannot provide for my family anymore... Small print with nice words.. will bring you down .. if you are with them.. run as fast as you can
