Disappointed

So your client bumped into my car as I was coming from collecting the car from Bank repo Auction. Driver was busy on the phone while the robot was red and as the robot became green people that were standing on the side of the road tried to rob him then instead of driving straight on his lane he drove into my car. Now your broker tell me that I can't prove that the driver was negligent because he was under threat. My claim won't be successful. Now I have to pay more than 10k to get my car fixed
