coming up with additional excess that i was inform

When I join the insurance i was told my excess is 5% of the claim minimum 2500 now they coming up with stories that there will be additional excess that i was not informed about. This is ridiculous. Now they promise to send me the recordings still waiting. I recommended them to a friend the additional excess was never mentioned to her.
