BAD SERICE FROM WESTERN INSURANCE BELLVILLE

I got a quote from the Company\s Broker. On 18 Nov 15 I told the Broker that my current Insurance is R300 Cheaper a month and that I will stay with my Insurance. He ignore's it and debit my account with R4700 on the 7th of December. I contact the broker who are very aggressive that he must refund my money. He ignore it and I contact Western Insurance. They promise me an agent will phone me. NOTHING HAPPENED with the promise. I then send an email.....still NOTHING...no phone call and no email. Surely there must be protection for the Consumer against this !!!!"
