Westend motors in Durban

Last year july 2021 i bought my Chevrolet cruize 2014,and its gave me lots of problems,i several contacts them some there assist and not.. The time i bought the car there was no service history book and spare key of which there promised me to get it soon by that time and of which it didn't happen... Now the car is broken again and the machenic wants the service book and check with the warrant people.. So i contacted them on fri 22/04/2022 wants this book n key ,i was promised is there and i went to them from Pmb to Dbn and these things was not there and i was so angry..there said the lady went with it so i must come back on mon 25 april 2022 or there will send to me... I said no i will come and fetch it,i came on tue 26.04.22 there gave me the stuff and i left... Big Problem the Spare key It was wrapped nice like a new key and when i reach at home and check the key,to my chock the key is in TWO pieces (broken)

So yesterday afternoon i whatsapp the sales lady on her whatsapp informing about the key and she has not yet responded... These people are pretending to have good service and there are serious Bad,almost the whole year i want the service book and spare key bt empty promises and finally there gave me the broken spare key... Pleae anyone can assist me...
