Complaint handled in a professional manner

I saw a car on the internet that was advertised by West End Motors in Durban. I liked the car & I contacted Sifiso who is a sales consultant. He helped me with the application & Sienie arranged finance which was approved by Standard Bank. On the 17th around 10am I took delivery of the car, they had to deliver it at work. The driver parked it for me at my parking bay. After work I took the car for inspection at Glass Fit. As I was driving, I was trying to move the left hand mirror to suite my position. But I realised that the mirror is not working properly and it was fixed using a white glue. The left front door was poorly fixed, paint not the same as the car & handles. I contacted Sifiso who listened to my complaint & was willing to sort out the issue. On the 18 Nov 2015, I send complaint e-mail to Seinie , after receiving my complaint she gave me a call. She transferred the call to her Manager Mr Bangwandeen who listened to me and was willing to help me in any way. He asked me to get quotes and send them to him he will pay out for the car to be fixed. I received funds the same day. I am delighted that the car will be fixed. Great job done by Management & Staff.
