Crazy business owner who lie and scream to customers

This business is very bad. They deal with rubberising and tonneau covers. I paid a deposit for the tonneau cover on 21 June and promised that the product will be delivered and before it was delivered the owner called me and told me about 2 things, cover and rubberising, to my Suprise i did not request for rubberising. But because I realised that it seems as the business is not reliable, I told myself I will ask on the day of the fitment of the cover. The deposit I paid I was not given an invoice but the owner, known as Amith claim that he gave me the invoice that included rubberising, I was in a complete shock on Friday 26 June when he claimed he gave me the invoice for both. The gentleman speak lies, he seems to be hallucinate, shout to me in front of other customers, does not respect customers, my car was not done Pre inspection and when I ask I was told my car is dirty, he cannot inspect a dirty car. He stared working on the car but left it halfway and started washing cars, he came back after my wife confronted him about his actions. He deliberately scratched my car and I realized that his behavior of a lunatic will worsen the situation if I ask him about the scratches, my car is only 3 month old, almost as brand new.,doing 3500 km. Just imagine scratching a brand new car like that. The business owner scream to his workers, customers, wife and everyone else, cats and dogs. I felt so embarrassed and regretted going there. If you need tonneau cover or rubberising or car audio, I will advise that you go to other businesses in Louis Trichardt. The guy is a lunatic.
