Pathetic service and no intergrity

I bought a car from Fourways branch at that moment I was valued and consistently contacted. I was promised that the car tyres will be changed, the car is serviced and the radio aerial was ordered from BMW. Its four months now and I am still waiting. I'm paying my installment for the car I'm not happy with. I constantly contact them and they not getting back to me or honoring their promises. I regret buying a car there and will not refer or advise anyone to do the same mistake I did. If you want to go through emotional distress, empty promises and a bad customer service go to Westen autohaus. They dont respect clients and have no idea what customer experience is. I feel so disrespected and belittled. I wonder what CPA does in such instances , but I am not leaving this lying down.
