Laptop Repair

<p>I recently took my laptop for repairs at Westech. First of all the original problems were not fixed, then I had to pay for nothing as my laptop was still broken. After all of this, I had paid and have been told three times that I had not paid after sending proof of payment to them three times. A month later I received another email saying I had still not paid the problem has not be resolved and I think this is rediculous. </p>
