Poor Service!

I did a job for them 2 months ago, and they keep on dragging their feet and making excuses of paying me. Up till this day, they have not made payment. Its either their Channel Manager or Service Co-ordinator is on alternating "sick leave", or they still have to find out from Finance!" They act all desperate when they need an outsourced service provider, to run their projects for them,but FAIL to make payment on time, as per agreed. I will never recommend anyone to do their job for them ever!! This is a disgrace!
