In October 2020 I approached an agent from KW South Africa through property24 who had mentioned the idea of a mini warehouse being built by West Coast property investments. I decided to invest in the property and put up an upfront amount of ( R800,000) Eight hundred thousand rands into the conveyancer Bellingan Muller Hanekom INC trust account. towards the construction of the project. The paperwork that backed up the purchase of the mini warehouses stated the construction would be completed by September 2021 but up till now they haven't been able to complete the project. I have demanded for cancellation that my fund must be refunded back to me but all to no avail. The agent of (KW South Africa) that put me onto the deal has also stopped working with this said company because of the unprofessionalism likewise the conveyancing attorneys (Bellingan Muller Hanekom INC) Could you kindly assist me with this matter.
