I wish I could rate it zero stars!!!!!

Absolutely the worst service I ever received. Paid Tony the 75% deposit in April with assurances that the pool would be renovated within 10 days. 27 days later no where near finished, left exposed wiring where my dog could get to it. Dumped rubble on the plot next door which got us into serious trouble. Left oil marks in my driveway and you cannot speak to him because he is just an awful character that swore and screamed at me and then accused us of not buying materials needed when we had the receipts to prove that we had. Stay away, nothing good can come of working with Tony and West Coast Pools
