Terrible Service

So as it turns out, my boss was running late and could only collect his girlfriend from her house after 2pm in the afternoon, which meant that their room should have been ready by the time they got to the hotel. Their room was only ready at 3pm. So by the time they were able to book into their room, half of their luggage along with gifts that the couple bought each other went missing. Later on they decided to go to the terrace waiting forever to actually be acknowledged only to be addressed by one of the staff members, stating that he couldn't assist as he was under a lot of pressure. Is this the type of conditions that guests have to sit up with when visiting the Westcliff Hotel. With the dinner, it took 1 hour for starters to arrive which, as I understand the vegetables were still completely raw. Now I am sure you actually get better service at Wimpy. At R950.00 per person I am sure 5-star food should actually be out of this world or at least something more than the heart desires.With this diabolical experience they walked out of the restaurant and I don't blame them.
