Ruined my anniversary.

<p>Hello<br />I made a booking for my anniversary at flames for the 17th of September 2016 under Michael Bowles. We arrived and were seated and then sat there for 20 minutes without anybody serving us. How can you let people sit at your restaurant for 20 mins without tending to them, that is pathetic and not the reason why people go to the Westcliff. You put us in a foul mood and ruined our anniversary so thank you for that!!! We stood up and left because we were being ignored by every staff member there. I told the lady at the front desk we were leaving and no effort was made to stop us or apologise. I am very disappointed and have lost a special evening that I can’t get back. I will be sure to pass on my thoughts and recommendations to everybody I know and on social media about my experience at the Westcliff. Ps….go check your CCTV footage if you need the proof. </p>
