Fourseasons - FLAME RESTAURANTS (NOT FOR WEDDING ANNIVERSARIES)

1. Booking made in advance - specific requirement to sit outside 2. Booking was confirmed 3 times by RESTAURANT person for outside booking 3. Host had an attitude on giving a table outside - apparently guests where there from 2pm drinking and could not care about our booking???? 3. Made us wait more than +30 mins for a table 4. Promised my wife & I complimentary 1st drinks - but never delivered 5. Tried to make up bad service with anniversary dessert - NOT EVEN CLOSE
