Worst customer service

They have the worst customer service. I placed an order on the App and paid via Payfast. 4 days later my order status is still processing. I call multiple times and they keep telling me that they’ll call me back but never did. I call again and demand an answer only to be told that my items are out of stock. The best part was when they said that they’ll refund me when they get a chance.
