Taking money and not giving your order

I placed an order an month ago. Still got no stock. Online I have asked for delivery. They send me an invoice stating order is ready for collection. I asked them to send my order via courier as I am from another town. They ignore me and blocked my number. I cannot get through to them. I asked i will pay extra again for them to courier my order. This is very pathetic service!! They took my money via payfast R890.00 and a month later i dont have any stock!
