From excellent to Worse

In the beginning it was a pleasure to place orders and buy products from this business. But the last 4 orders, became unpleasant. Through multiple emails regarding errors on my orders, no feedback. Stock ordered, did not receive, was promised a coupon code for stock not received, no feedback or answer. Orders placed, which normally took a day or 2 to be processed and shipped, now taking longer and no feedback. No order updates being received. I am also a business owner and depending on my suppliers to receive my stock in a certain time period so I can keep my clients happy, Lately West Rand is causing my business to loose money, loose clients and creating a bad image for my own business. At this point we are supporting other sublimation giants because of the lack of customer service at West Rand. West Rand was good in the beginning, don't know what is going on there but now, it is no longer a positive experience to shop at West Rand. Please bring your business back up to the standard it had in the beginning.
